No. We ship our own products too: more than 20 WordPress plugins from our own R&D, used in real stores. It means we have already met the scaling, security and update-compatibility problems that client projects tend to hit later. See the products page.

Yes. We regularly work under agency brands, and your client never sees our name. An NDA is included on request.

We operate from Central Europe (CET). For North American teams this means a morning overlap and overnight delivery, so you wake up to progress rather than to a waiting queue.

We document the change, give you a revised estimate, and only proceed after your written approval. There is no silent scope creep.

It depends on the kind of work: n8n workflow automation from $2,500 USD, custom WooCommerce development from $3,500 USD and AI-powered WordPress tools from $4,500 USD. Every project is then quoted on its own scope.

Estimates are non-binding until they are confirmed in a signed Statement of Work, and they are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment follows the milestones in that Statement of Work, and invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless we agree otherwise.

You do. All custom code written specifically for you is transferred with full intellectual property rights on full payment, and we do not reuse client code on other projects. Our own pre-existing tools and libraries stay ours, and where a project uses them you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license.

Yes, always. Send yours, or we will provide ours. Confidentiality continues after the engagement ends.

We provide a 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty on all delivered work.

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Completed work and source code are delivered to you upon payment.

Reserved development time every month in three tiers: Starter (4 hours), Growth (10 hours) and Scale (20 hours), with support that gets faster as the tier goes up. You can compare them on the shop page or on pricing.

Unused hours roll over for one month, then expire. Hours beyond your tier are billed at the standard hourly rate.

Retainers have a 3-month minimum commitment, then continue month-to-month with 30 days notice.
